What data we collect

When you submit the form on the contact page, we collect:

• Your contact detail (phone, email, or other method you prefer)
• Your preferred contact method
• The location of the prospective project
• Subject and description of your enquiry
• Any photos you upload

We do not use cookies or any tracking tools such as Google Analytics.

Why we collect it

The data is used only to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to begin work on a project. The legal basis is performance of pre-contractual measures (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) when you reach out to us directly.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to two years from your last contact, after which they are deleted, unless Swedish accounting law or other legislation requires us to keep them longer.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms (web3forms.com) as our service provider. Web3Forms is operated from the United States, so data is transferred outside the EU. We do not share data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion (unless we are legally required to retain it)
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to processing
